We provide you with value-added service by first assessing your elearning needs, free of charge. Four easy steps help us match your requirements with the most effective solution: A representative works with you to define your elearning needs, objectives and desired development and delivery methods. The assessment team identifies the member company or companies best suited to addressing your requirements. The recommended companies work together to provide a capabilities overview of the proposed solution. The representative you first contacted communicates the proposed solution to you and establishes your introduction to the member team. How do you equitably determine which companies will provide the best solution? Each company regularly updates their profile in our capabilities database and the assessment team is responsible for fully understanding the scope of products and services offered by the alliance. Peer assessment, past client feedback and industry ratings of individual products and services all form a part of the ongoing evaluation of member companies. Who manages the contract if there is a team of companies? Won’t this make the project more complicated for me? The team appoints a lead contact for you to work with. There may be multiple team members and you are free to access them at any point in the project. However, by appointing a lead contact, we ensure that project directions, developments and achievements are all communicated in a seamless manner to you, our client. What kind of quality assurance do you provide? The eLearningBC alliance is an open and inclusive organization. We do not limit membership, but we do evaluate member capabilities through our assessment process. Peer feedback and analysis help member companies gauge their own quality, and the alliance assessment process ensures that you’re matched with the best suppliers for your learning needs. What if I only want to work with one particular company? Am I required to go through the alliance to access them? You are free to approach an individual company and work with them directly. The alliance simply serves to add value to the assessment process and help you determine the best provider solution. What are the advantages of working with eLearningBC? We are not simply one company offering an end-to-end solution. We are an alliance of 70 elearning providers, working together to match your requirements with our highly-qualified member companies. If you’re an elearning company incorporated in British Columbia, please contact us by fax, phone or email and we will provide you with an orientation overview. If you’re a Canadian elearning company incorporated outside of British Columbia, please contact us and we’ll tell you what’s happening at a national level and the opportunities for involvement.
